Here is a small compact rotary drum drier developed for Fusite Div. of Emerson  Electric. The machine was manufactured for the production of small electrical components. Two drums were included, and the drier was designed so the customer could also use existing drums. Because of conditions with the factory atmosphere, the unit was fabricated from type 304 stainless steel. Covering over the insulated panels is also stainless. The drier was then painted with a special epoxy paint. The control panel is a NEMA 12 in fiberglass for corrosion resistance. Drums are completely self contained with a variable speed drive, because they are dipped and rotated in the tanks of the plating line prior to being placed in the drier.
